Meet the Team at Two Hundred Doors.

Natasha Bourke

Group CEO

Natasha works closely alongside Angie and the team to develop strategy for the overall business. She also works directly with the Business Managers for the two Skintopia locations to support and nurture the teams there. Tash is a qualified Skin Therapist and has completed a Bachelor of Business Studies (majoring in Marketing Communications). Following completion of her studies, she embarked on an overseas adventure and was lucky enough to take part in a Management Training Program for Dermalogica in the United Kingdom. During her 3 years in the UK, she spent time working in Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing. In her last role she project managed the opening of a new Dermalogica flagship store in the UK.

In 2007 Tash returned to NZ to take over the day-to-day running of the family business and to grow the Dermalogica brand in NZ. Some highlights of her career have been setting up a Dermalogica flagship in Auckland, expanding Dermalogica in to prestige retail locations (and creating job opportunities for professional skin therapists in the process), being the first skin care company to launch an online partnership program benefitting wholesale business partners , and more recently, developing the concepts behind Skintopia. The Icehouse Owner Manager Program was a turning point in her career and provided her with the tools required to step up and take over the ownership of the business (2018).

Tash has the entrepreneurial bug and thrives off innovation and coming up with creative solutions for the business. She is also a passionate advocate for helping women progress in their careers. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her husband and their three kids, making homemade sauerkraut and hitting the gym. She recently completed a certificate in Holistic Health Coaching and has a keen interest in health & wellbeing… “healthy body, healthy mind” is a rule she lives by.

Angie Montgomery

General Manager

Angie’s role sees her working closely with the management team in Marketing, Sales and Education to develop and execute strategies across all our brands. Her experience in the business spans many years (over 15 years in total), several roles and training (with a BA in Psychology and Marketing, a certificate in Digital Marketing and the Icehouse Owner Managers programme – one of her career highlights)– she attributes her success to working for a company that has continually fostered her development and opened the door to numerous opportunities.

Angie gets enormous satisfaction from seeing the people that she works with thrive, whether it’s supporting one of her team take a step in their career or enabling one of our customers to have great success in their skin centres, she loves to create those opportunities for others.

A mum of two busy kids she expertly juggles work with homelife, often flying out the door to make the school bell. In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends and given the chance she loves to get out for a run, saying “I find it great for the body and the mind.”
