How do I return a product?

How do I pay my account?

You can pay your account via direct credit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express). Two Hundred Doors credit terms are 30 days from date of invoice unless specified otherwise. Please contact our customer service team on 0800 433 762 or accounts@200doors.co.nz if you have any queries regarding your account.

What are you doing about diversion?

Two Hundred Doors take an active stand against product diversion. If you suspect an unauthorised business is retailing any of our products, do not confront anyone within the business. Do your part by letting us know through our Contact Us page. We greatly appreciate your help in taking a proactive stand against those not authorised to retail our products.

 

What kind of training do you offer?

Two Hundred Doors offers training for beauty therapists and makeup artists. If you are a Dermalogica stockist you have access to a wide range of practical and theory based classes for Dermalogica skin therapists and business owners/managers and best of all they are all free of charge!

 

How do I book a class?

Search our Class Calendar for upcoming classes and click on the class you would like to book on. You can then click ‘book now’ to book on that class. Alternatively, contact our education team on (09) 414 0200 or education@200doors.co.nz. Please note, Dermalogica classes are only available to Dermalogica stockists.
