Product Returns
As you know, we stand by our 100% money back guarantee and want you to have the confidence to do the same. If your clients return product to you or you receive the wrong items in your order follow the procedure outlined below.
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact us on 0800 433 762 or email info@200doors.co.nz
- Download and complete a Product Returns Form
- Re-package the item in it's original packaging (remember to include the completed Product Returns Form)
- Call 0800COURIER and get a courier driver to come and collect your item or drop it off at your local post shop
